Hi everyone I am 47 and have within the last year developed major pain in my left hip, leg, knee, and shin. I know that it’s all related. It feels like pain in one long nerve. I can’t walk or hike or keep up w my kids anymore and I’m losing my mind with sleeplessness and constant pain. I know this pain originates somewhere in my lower spine. How can I find the right person to study my MRIs and my body to figure out which vertebrae are pressing on the nerve connected to this pain? I want to get a cortisone injection asap so I can get relief, and then also manage my body and spine etc with all methods in order to prevent this from happening again. 🙏🏻
