What should the first steps be to helping me accommodate myself? I am in the process of getting the medical help I need and have neglected for the longest time due to not realizing the severity of my issues.

      Some simple things for POTS you can do on your own is wearing compression socks and drinking toooons of water with electrolytes throughout the day :)

      Don’t judge yourself, and allow yourself to feel all of the feelings that come up! Fighting feelings while accompanying yourself is hard! Don’t compare yourself to other people. Trust yourself and your knowledge of your body, don’t let doctors walk over you! My DMs are open
