I’ve definitely heard good things about holistic doctors

I literally had to drink bone broth and that was barely going down for about two months and they still refused to look in me. I thought I literally had cancer or some shit and they said “I’m too young” and that I’m fine. Though I was either starving or I didn’t have an appetite 100% of the time. That lasted a year. I finally just had to start eating like avocados and meat like once a day so I wasn’t exhausted. I hate westerns doctors truly. Holistic approaches have been helping me a lot better than they ever have. I say look into getting a holistic practitioner they are very pricey but I would say they are worth it bc they actually listen to you. Jessica ash has been a life saver.

I’ve been trying to convince my doctors that I have a lot of issues that they don’t know about and they refused to give me another colonoscopy. I had one like three years ago but they still say it’s too early but I’ve gotten incredibly worse over the last year.

Yes. I just had a colonoscopy done and trying to figure out other routes. Because I feel like there is no way it’s just ibs.
