Seeking Alternatives to Statin Medication for High Cholesterol
I have been put on Statin to reduce my cholesterol as it is at 6.0!
I told the doctor I refused to live on meds, and he said, " You either take it or have a heart attack at 55"
I need to get off this medication, is there a way to reduce my cholesterol without this medication??
