Based on the experiences shared, Metformin and Clomid have been used by many women with PCOS to regulate their cycles and induce ovulation, which can increase chances of pregnancy. One person mentioned getting pregnant on her fourth cycle of Metformin. Another woman was able to conceive after being put on Byetta when she couldn't tolerate Metformin, and then taking Clomid. It's also suggested to reduce stress and maintain a positive mindset throughout the process. However, everyone's body responds differently to medication, so it's important to keep in close contact with your doctor during this process.
