Seeking Advice for Extreme Procrastination and Lack of Organization

My friend thinks I might have ADHD. I have extreme procrastination, to the point where I become extremely stressed and upset with myself because I can't get organized enough to complete tasks. I will avoid tasks that make me anxious and wait till the last moment to do them. My room was piled with clothes for months because I just couldn't motivate myself to put them away until my mom helped me. I feel like my brain is moving 100mph thinking of all the things that I have to do, and it makes me feel sick to my stomach. I daydream a lot in class, especially if i's a really boring class. Should I try to get diagnosed? And who do I need to go to get diagnosed?

Talk to your doctor about getting diagnosed with adhd. I've found being diagnosed with adhd means you have more acsess to medications that'll actually help with your adhd and other things like depression and all those fun things that typically come with adhd.
