I am new here and I go through anxiety most of my days which I take Zoloft. Right now I can't really think much because it makes me feel like I'm lightheaded when I'm not and feel heavy breathing but it is so scary that I keep thinking I'm dying everyday when the doctors told me that I am healthy. I really need to find someone to talk to because my mind runs like 100 miles a minutes. Got any advice?
