Yes I have heard of it for I have it too. Everytime someone starts starting at the I feel like they are judging me and also if I see people looking at me and starts laughing I feel like they are laughing at me. I hate it but I have not found a way to cope with it do you have any suggestions for it I am so sorry you deal with it too if you ever need to talk about it feel free to message me

Thanks and I'm sorry you feel it too. I'm much better than I used to be but when I was really bad with anxiety & depression years ago I couldn't look at anyone in the eyes close to me as in my family & friends, I felt like they were staring straight through my eyes into my bloody soul it was horrible. Not sure if it's on the border of paranoia. Xx
