      With my scoliosis they sent me to PT to help strengthen the muscles around it... Causing it to not be in as much pain. I found it helpful for the most part!

      I have scoliosis to, usually they would x-ray you to see you're spine, and if its over 50 degrees you would get surgery but if its below, you would have to wear a brace. Hope this helpedšŸ˜Š

        @100Percent_K i have minor scoliosis but it still hurts when i sit on chairs that are not cushioned

          @kilograms Have they checked your SI joints as well? They can get whacky with scoliosis and that can definitely impact sitting as well. PT for it can be quite beneficial, especially for us with smaller curves. Surgery is usually left for bigger curves as it is quite risky having spinal surgery and definitely not a guarantee to help with pain
