The scariest part is thinking of what will happen. If he truly loves you he will be there no matter how crazy you are. Sometimes it's gonna be hard, but showing them who you are is very important.

I was also scared to tell my now fiancé about my mental illness when we first started dating. i sat him down and said i need you to listen to what i have to say with an open mind and open arms. i told him everything and he was so supportive. if your SO isn’t supportive of you and your health conditions then I think you should rethink what you want

Then what’s the point of being with him

I know it’s scary, but trust me, if you open up and he leaves then you’ve done yourself a favor by getting out of a relationship where your opinions, beliefs etc don’t matter. In a healthy relationship you should be able to freely communicate about things. If you’re worried, try writing down what you what to say (not showing it to him). That might give you more confidence to open up. I hope this helps!
