Scared of Brain Tumor: Anxiety or Real Concern?

im so scared my anxiety has convinced me somthings wrong with my brain i got sinus pressure and head pressure and head pains feeling derealization depersonalation dizzyness shakey heart pounding and im scared to death of brain tumor cuz recently i had a friend die of it no one new till it was so late and im scared to death and scared of death im only 23 i dont wanna die.

Sinus equals a lot of my mental health problems with depression. Have gone to test.. through exams .. botox surgeries.. still the same

Your not alone love! I have all these same symptoms and have countless mris and ct scans over the years!!!!! Always came back clear , only thing is I have chronic sinues issues but like you I am terrified it's something way more serouis.
