Scared about upcoming labs

So a little backstory before I ask my question. I recently had some labs done and they showed that I have a folic acid deficiency. They also show that my iron is low but my red, white and platelets are elevated. I'm scheduled to see a hematologist next month. I'm kinda scared about having more labs done. Can someone please just reassure me that things are going to be okay? Did anyone have fears about the same thing?

You are going to be okay 💕 my iron was normal but my white and platelets were high but my iron sat was so low. I almost fainted when I got my blood drawn cause I was tired and like my body couldn’t keep up with my anxiety. I go to my regular doctor btw but I’ll be getting another blood drawn again to check my iron levels so hoping I don’t react the same way 😭
