New to the group and looking for advice on Savella for fibromyalgia

Hey! New here! So three days ago my dr put me on savella for fibromyalgia. I’m starting to ever so slightly see a difference in pain and in physical function. Today we are supposed to get rain so I’m hurting even with the medication but I’m still hopeful it will work! Having a hard time falling asleep fast and staying asleep all night. Any suggestions or knowledge on this medication would be greatly appreciated!!!

I have insomnia and have a hard time going to sleep. I take a gummy that has THC and melatonin and that has me in bed in 20 to 30 mins. Still have trouble staying asleep. I also take remeron and that seems to help me stay asleep longer.

I wish it was legal for THC products here. Medically it is. BUT it is not covered by my insurance and I currently cannot work. Therefore even tho I know 100% it would absolutely help I can’t afford it. 😭
