Has anyone here tried saline infusions/IV hydration, if so, what is your experience, did it work for you? Did your insurance cover it? How hard was it to be able to get it?

so i just recently asked my cardiologist about this and it was a hard no from him because he called it a bandaid. but then he told me that if i have a migraine that i just can’t shake then i have his full support to go to urgent care and get an iv… little bit of double standards but i guess that means i can get one every once in a while🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m on every other week infusions right now. Trying to get them more frequently because they help alleviate my symptoms for about 3-4 days! My insurance covers them completely I just told my cardiologist that I didn’t want to be in any more medications so we opted to try infusions!
