I am over weight but afraid to lose the weight out of fear that working out would dislodge a blockage or something. Does anyone have tips of how to safely exercise without over exerting myself?

@Alison83 very possible. I get severe anxiety and even if I know logically something is unlikely I still think it might happen (if that makes sense). When I need to take it easy I do easy walks, stretching, swimming is also good and easy on the body.
Yoga i love Qigong it’s help a lot with stress and movement I’m over weight as well
Easy walks maybe? Just getting moving is healthy even if you go super slow. But if you have health concerns then talking to your doctor might help.
@Zenia Yep, that's what I did. Apparently I am fine otherwise but I don't feel fine. I think it could be my paranoia getting to me.

Maybe you could start with something like stretching, yoga or tai chi
@Little_Mak I love Tai Chi. But when I'm doing it I get this sense that it's not enough, that I need to be doing more. However, you are right. I could be doing that.
