Has anyone used the RR eating disorder management app?

Yes I use it to communicate w my RD

I used it with my treatment team. this post made me think maybe I’ll redownload it

i just downloaded it. reminders can definitely help some people, i haven’t personally tried them but i’m not sure how helpful itd be. like i know i need to eat lol. i think it might be good to get a better idea of my intake. id love to continue sharing how this app works if anyone wants to message and go through it together!

@lizziemay I’m trying to log each meal but I’m still counting cals and doing both is so much work. Like I get counting calories isn’t going to help and this app can, but it’s so hard to switch over. The meal reminders seem helpful, but my sleep schedule isnt normal so that doesn’t work for me. I have too problems and I can’t just fix them all at once. It’s so hard. The app is kinda frustrating me, but I want to get better

yes i’ve had it for a while! at this point i just have the meal reminders on for breakfast, morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, dinner, and evening snack but it’s always a nice little prompt to encourage and remind me. it offers much more tracking and support though and i think you can connect it to your dietician if you have one
