I’ve had four rotator cuff surgeries. After each of my surgeries I was given an ice machine shoulder pack that you fill with ice and it circulates cold water through your shoulder. I had that thing going every hour of the day that I was awake. I also had a recliner that I could sleep in because laying down is not possible. I actually rented one from a Rent-A-Center store for a month. That’s the best thing or else you can’t sleep.Just be really careful and baby it. I now need reverse shoulder replacement
