Struggling with RLS and Sleep Deprivation

Hi, I hope you are all doing well. I have RLS it started just with my toes twitching, but has gradually moved up my legs to my knees. The muscles twist, tear and jerk every time I sit or lay down.. Mostly lying down though. No sleep. Tried 5 different meds but none have helped me. Help

I had alot of twitching. Sudden jerks. Some whole body, upper torso, hands and arms more than legs. I thought maybe I was having seizures I went to my GP. He said let's try iron. Sure enough like next day after taking they were hardly noticeable, couple days in all but gone.

My suggestion is to try psychological therapy alongside medical therapy. I feel like it has a lot to do with the Mind-Body connection!
