I need a cure for RLS. I want to know if there are some herbal supplements I can take to fight this condition. I do not want to keep taking the medication I am on. God knows what side effects it might have on me later on in life.

      I take a combo of meds for my other conditions, and the combo was specifically selected cuz they all have side effects of drowsiness. I also take melatonin supplements and sleep with a lot of weight (a weighted blanket plus several other blankets. I also have cats that like to sleep on my legs lol)

      Iron supplements, like other people said, moving more, drink enough water, less sugar, no caffeine after 12 pm, no alcohol, no marijuana

        @Jb33 marijuana makes RLS worst?

          @Samkhan for me it does, idk if there’s scientific studies on it but edibles especially make it worse for me

      Sometimes RLS goes together with low levels of ferreting. Blood work will tell you

      I use marjoram and lavender essential oils every night, applied lightly to my legs and hips in a carrier oil (fractionated coconut generally). And I too have much worse RLS when I haven't been moving enough on a given day.

      Try a bar of ivory soap in your sheets. Don’t understand how it works, but swear it really does help! Also try a warm epsom salt bath before bed. On days I am less active, I definitely have worse RLS at night. If you are able to be active during the day, get your legs moving then. Vitamin B is also known to help with neuro and musculoskeletal issues. Have your doctor test these in your bloodwork, you may need to supplement.
