Sounds like Hashimoto or Graves disease. What are your free T3, free T4, and TSH levels. An Endocrinologist would be checking all of these and should be concerned. If not, switch to another doctor. They are not all alike. Hashimoto and Graves are very serious autoimmune diseases. Your body is attacking itself. And anxiety can be a result of these thyroid conditions. It's definitely why you're losing your hair.

You should also have your parathyroid hormone (PTH) tested. Levothyroxine will kill off your thyroid. Which will also kill off your parathyroid. I had Hashimoto thyroiditis, I also had a benign golf ball size tumor on my thyroid. I had a subtotal thyroidectomy, meaning I was left with 1/3 of my thyroid. It worked fine until I broke my neck and had surgery to have a disc Fusion.

oh myyyy. That is terrible. She tested my T3 T4 and TSH and those are all normal. I did have an ultrasound of my thyroid and they said that was fine too. I’ve been trying to figure this out for about 3 years now. 😥 the doctors just seem clueless most of them. I wonder why they can’t help. Ugghhh
