Returning to Work After Mental Health Hiatus

Headed back to work tomorrow after a 2 month mental health hiatus where I sought professional treatment. Extremely nervous about meeting with my boss. Any words of kindness or encouragement for me to not worry so much about this meeting?

      @Snoose I'm thankful that I also have a boss that's amazing and neurodivergent. I get every Wednesday off for my therapy and she's been very encouraging in my own healing process. She's also very understanding of my physical limitations (scoliosis) and hasn't written me up for times I've had to stay home because I could barely move.

        @ifyouknowmenoyoudont youā€™re right! And Iā€™m sure my boss will understand that. Sheā€™s involved in my healing process and is always kind/helpful. Guess that anxiety just wonā€™t go away anyway.
