I find that reprogramming my mind, forming new and positive connections in my brain is very helpful. Affirmations, practicing gratitude, believing in my own healing, and just directing my thoughts towards positivity and maintaining hope. It keeps me out of depression. Some days are easier than others. It's a lot of work but worth it. My mental health is so important. I am thankful for the day I FINALLY decided to change my own life by changing the direction of my thoughts.

@Dosha deep breathing, journaling, calming music, sitting in stillness and simply connecting with myself

I finally feel ready for this too. Therapy helps, along with AA.
