Struggling to Remember Medication

so I've been taking the same medicine for a while now and it really helps me but I've been forgetting to take it. when I forget to take it I feel fine for a couple of days but after 3 days off I feel awful. how can I keep remembering to take it? I've tried setting alarms and those still don't seem to help me

I’m also on lexapro and the same thing happens to me, I think after three days I go into drug withdrawal and I get super exhausted and lightheaded. The only thing I can do to stay on track is have someone keep me accountable and watch me take it or call or text to make sure I’ve done it

I use Amazon's pill pack, they separate your medications into daily packets so it's easy to tell if you've taken them or not, and then I just leave them right by my bedroom door so I remember to take them before I leave my room and when I'm going to bed

pill organizers have been so helpful you can get them at convenience stores and all you have to do is fill them up once a week and leave it in a place you’ll see it

Hi. Here's a practice I put into play now since I too was skipping meds. You know the Sun thru Sat med tray. I take the specific day out and leave it out on my kitchen table. There are no children here to mess w it. It helps to remind me

I personally have a week pill container kinda thing - I put it on top of something I need to make it through the day - like my glasses case or my phone and I often keep something to drink nearby to help - its a rough habit to get into but I hope it helps
