Sometimes I'm the same way. It really sucks because I don't want it to but I'm so sensitive to other people's emotions and stuff that I can't control it
I don't want to crush or put you down but that isn't healthy. I've been there before and it's a very slippery slope. By using others to base your own happiness you are setting yourself up to eventually feel sad and useless. I've been crushed because a friend just happened to have a bad day while I was around. Try to find your own happiness and try not to base it off others. You'll feel a lot better in the long run, I promise.
