Relying on AAC as a Verbal Person

What is an AAC?

I'm mostly verbal unless extremely overhwlemed and stressed. I've found the app Speech Assistant helpful for when I go no -verbal.

I’m still learning how to use mine especially when I need it

As much as you want, like you don’t owe anyone a specific form of communication so use it whenever the hell you want to (this took me so long to learn and I’m still learning it)
