How can I relieve joint pain without medication when I have absolutely no motivation to exercise and almost no time to cook to eat better and lose weight?

I know this feeling well, I am currently suffering the same fate. I haven't found a way to get myself to exercise or even cook sometimes because of the pain. I've tried CBD oil, and I feel like it helps a little bit, but not very much considering I am a regular cannabis user. the cold always makes my joints very angry, so I try to avoid sudden temperature changes if I can.

I am sorry, I understand the struggle. I think diet would be a great place to start. Find ways to prioritize nutrition that are quick and simple.

I hate joint pain and trying to exercise! It’s so difficult! I have both a heating pad and an ice pad. My recliner helps my leg pains!
