Relieving Facial Eczema Without Steroids

How to relieve facial eczema? I’ve had eczema all my life,I have atopic and contact dermatitis and I’m pretty good at avoiding my triggers. But recently I’ve gotten stressed out from mental health problems and my lips and nose has a gnarly flare up. How do you relieve the itch without steroids?

I’ll try the eczema honey. I’ve heard good things about it. I use honest soothing balm and it helps a lot with my eczema normally. I think it’s allergy related since the inside of my mouth itches. I think it’s something I’m eating

look up eczema honey !! i've had eczema my whole life and its the only thing that's helped my skin and they have more than just the cream. the whole company makes stuff targeting people with eczema and its all natural and it feels so good.
