Seeking Relief for Chronic Knee Pain: Any Suggestions?
what can actually help with my chronic knee pain? I was diagnosed with patellofemoral pain syndrome and my knees have flare ups of intense pain that spreads to my hips. its been so long of trying to get doctors to understand but they keep offering the same physio plans which don't work. I'm fed up and don't know what to do anymore
