Once you were on medication, was there anything you had to relearn?

One user mentioned that they had to relearn how to control their anger spikes after discontinuing their medication, but there is no specific mention of relearning something while on medication.

The side effect of not being hungry is real. When I first started on medication, even -thinking- of eating was a turnoff and for three weeks I ate nothing but spinach smoothies for the nutrients and peanut butter for the calories .

Oh my gosh honestly practically everything. Turns out my ADHD was very effective at making my autism and when I started taking medication I couldn’t mask it anymore. It was kind of brutal tbh

Wow! I guess that's kind of what happened to me. I didn't an ASD diagnosis until after ADHD. Still seeking help for both though, other than just meds
