Hey! A question for anyone who has a chronic illness: What is your favourite way to relax and de-stress while in a the midst of a flare up? I have IBS-C, so I love to sit with a heating pad on my stomach and watch my favourite J-Dramas. At the moment, I’m rewatching Itazura Na Kiss! (Mischievous Kiss) Being able to sit and relax with heat and a good show also helps my stomach relax a bit. If you do something different, let me know! I’m always looking for more ways to help myself and show myself care.

      I’ve started diamond art! It’s so relaxing, essentially paint by numbers but with little gems. I put in an audiobook or show in the background and can spend hours relaxing doing that. Someone suggested it to me a few years ago, I’m so glad I finally listened!
