Hi! I usually get my blood tested once a year to check my celiac "numbers" to make sure they are within the normal range. I do this just to make sure I'm being safe because I live away from home now in a gluten filled environment. Its definitely not a necessity, but I usually like hearing that my numbers are fine just because I get nervous about the long term effects of gluten on my body, so I want to make sure I'm not accidentally "glutening"myself.
