Dealing with Reflux After Giving Birth to Twins

hi actually I has this reflux after I gave birth to my twin daughters, And I was taking twice a day Omeprazole 40 mg , first symptoms was pain when I swallow to be honest I didn't do any diet I just stick on diet for a few days until 3 weeks ago I felt like globus and something stuck in my throat even if I didn't eat anything and went to the emergency room and the doctors insisted that it's reflux and don't need to do any endoscopy ,and I'm taking again this Omeprazole twice a day and do some diet and decrease the coffee to twice a week I'm much better now but the question is should I insist to do endoscopy? thx a lot!

I would just for your own piece of mind. My dr have me 20mg omeprazole and it hasn't touched that feeling. I feel that he was very dismissive of me. He did a scope thru nose to see down throat and said its reflux. I have no other symptoms and I had an endoscopy in November that showed nothing wrong with that throat from my gi dr. Good luck

I would say if that feeling of something stuck in your throat persists, seek more help. The squeaky wheel gets the oil
