The challenge is me trying to get up and try to do the simplest things because of this vertigo & anx and ect... it's been hard for me to not be afraid to get up, but I push myself because I do have kids and I do need to try to move around more. I'm so blessed thankful and grateful just for every little thing I CAN do. 🙌🙏❤️

I've really had to let go of being able to exercise since I got sick. Post-exertional malaise hits every time I try to exercise with any regularity. So that's been a challenge, but the milestone is that I've reached acceptance of it, which is much better for my mental health.
