mental health is like the health of a your brain and a mental health disorder something that effects the part of the brain that contorls how you think, feel and experience things. I go to therapy regularly, take medication, smoke weed, stim and fidget whenever, wherever and keep my time occupied to cope with my mental health disorders.

This is a tough question to answer. I have so much going on that I just kinda let everything happen. I mean I'm pagan and I've found certain crystals and herbs to help keep me grounded and calm me down but obviously crystals and herbs can't do everything. I tried meditiation at one point, I don't remember if it helped or not though.
