Help anyone who has any ideas of reducing stress due to unavoidable issues. I have Multiple Sclerosis and Bipolar. I have lost approximately 25 lbs in the last 5 months. Not trying. I'm down to 108 and I am 5’6”. I actually am trying to eat more slowly. My appetite fluctuates but I push past that. I had Gastric Bypass 20 years ago. I can only frequent small meals. Any ideas would be appreciated. MML
