Whenever I’m having a blood draw I try to drink lots of water the day of and the day before. Also electrolyte drinks would be a good idea for POTS

Some suggestions include staying hydrated to aid with overall health and potentially help find a vein. You could also try to get the blood flow to your arm going before the blood draw. It's also recommended to be honest and upfront about your concerns and past issues with the medical staff.
