Looking for safe ways to reduce inflammation

Does anyone have a recommendation for a way to reduce inflammation that can be used day to day safely? I have Psoriatic arthritis but have had an allergic reaction to every NSAID I’ve tried. So no ibuprofen or anything of the sort in pill or topical form :/

Ask your doctor about otezla. I was suggested to take it when I was suspected to have gastric bleeding due to NSAID
