Recurring Gut Issues After Avoiding Gluten

My gut issues have reoccurred now after avoiding gluten for years. I don't know why or what is wrong but the gluten does not affect me differently than any other food now. I'm thinking maybe IBS? There doesn't seem to be a triggering food anymore, my stomach just randomly hurts and I have diarrhea a lot. Any ideas or advice is welcome

You could keep a food diary and pay attention to what foods you eat around the times when you’re experiencing stomach troubles… I have IBS and this is what I did to figure out what foods were bothering me

I recommend seeing a gastroenterologist if you can, but you might try a low FODMAP diet if you think it may be IBS.
