Yes. I have had several flare ups over the years. My most recent ones were only a few months apart. Both of those required antibiotics, colonoscopy, etc. I have to be very careful diet and lifestyle wise to keep them from reoccurring.

- I'm right there with you. I was having them way too often, then someone told me about Megaspore ProBiotic. It kept it at bay for two years and two months. I actually thought I had it beat. The frustrating thing for us is that it's a guessing game as to what causes our flare-ups. If we only knew we would certainly take the steps necessary to prevent them. I wish you well.
