Am I the only one who takes a long time to recover from their non epileptic seizures or non epileptic attacks? **Back story, I have had non epileptic seizures, non epileptic attacks, psuedo seizures, psychogenic non epileptic seizures or whatever you want to call them.. since 2010 but was never diagnosed until 2019. In 2020, my seizures got worse to where was having 2 to 4 a day to 3 to 4 a week and now leading up to 20 to 30 a month. They leave me so tired that I pass out on my bed for 15 to 20 minutes only to wake up feeling more tired and then I'll sleep for 2 to 3 hours. If I have 2 in the same day or one after the other like if I had one yesterday and then I had another one today I just feel like it will take longer for me to recover from them because of headaches, nausea, dizziness, and fatigue. On those days I just lay in bed mostly watching YouTube and only getting up when I need to then I sleep on and off during the day because I feel so tired from the seizures. If any of you have non epileptic seizures or non epileptic attacks, how long does it take for you to recover and what your recovery look like?
