My seizures are often part of my panic attacks. I get chills and jitters and nausea, then I get really emotional and dissociate into a daze like I'm falling asleep, then I seize. After I stop seizing, I feel like I'm waking up and am suddenly hit with a lot of emotions and am usually still shaking a bit. Sometimes the flush of emotions afterwards is very overwhelming and can send me into another seizure. Most I've had is 4 in a row and 6 in one day.
