I felt so sick. I didn’t know I had gastroparesis at first. But I was vomiting multiple times a day after I ate anything. Constantly nauseous. And honestly most of what I threw up was not digested. Now I know it’s acting up when I have serious tummy discomfort and eating even a little more than I usually do makes me super uncomfortable. I generally take it easy for a couple of days and eat small portions of easily digestible things. (Canned peaches, applesauce, rice. And so on)
