Dealing with a Rebellious Headmate

Hi, host here! Does anyone else have a rebellious Headmate? I have about 15+ that I know of and I'm still finding out where each Part stands in my System, but there's a main one who has a lot of power over me and everyone else. It's hard to ground myself whenever she tries to front and I'm always finding myself in very messy situations that I remember absolutely none of. My therapist is in the process of diagnosing her with Antisocial Personality Disorder after just meeting her a few times, which makes a lot of sense. She's the only problematic one. I have had a Part in her place once before but she hasn't been reachable or active in years.

That just sounds like a persecutor. We're a persecutor heavy system so I work with the all the time. My first recommendation would be to ask her why she does what she does or why she feels a certain way and then no matter what happens leave that line of communication open.

I have a few problematic ones, but its usually only when they're mad that they're a problem.
