Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD)

I literally googled why I feel the way I do when I was 24. Personality disorders kept popping up and I realised why I was kept inpatient as a teen 😥 thankfully my doctors didn’t diagnose me as a teen because its such a damning diagnosis buttttt here we are, trying to heal ❤️

Always knew and over the years my mental health has gotten worse and worse but I guess it really sank in after I had my son and I really took a turn for the worse. It's better now that I go to therapy and I'm on meds but I still have to fight with my self most days. I understand your struggle with BPD I have it as well. So I know how hard it is. Just keep fighting❤️

I had thoughts about it before this, but the lightbulb moment for me was kinda sucky lol. I very quickly became obsessed with someone that I very quickly lost interest in lol. I pushed every single one of my friends away in a single night and nothing was really the same after that. So many other crazy choices I've made make it so obvious as well lol
