Am I Hearing Real Voices Telepathically?

Funny during my first psychotic episode I thought I was reading minds because my voices only manifest themselves as the voices of people that I know. So I would be chillin in my room and would hear my bosses voice or my mom's voice and I thought I was reading their minds. Turns out my brain can't make up a voice out of thin air it has to be a voice of someone that I know
