      i have issues with photophobia and was diagnosed with it before my ADHD as a kid so this might rekate to that and not ADHD but something that helped me a lot was these little transparent colored sheets that helped the contrast of the paper be less harsh for me when it comes to sensory input. i was usually given green idk if theres a specific reason for that or not

      Its double buying but having an audio version of the book to go along with the reading might help.

        @Crrom my local library has an app they offer called Hoopla that offers audiobook downloads. You might look into that.
