Experiencing Raynaud's Symptoms Before Autoimmune Conditions?

Hi y’all! I recently described my health symptoms to a close friend who told me to look up Raynaud’s syndrome, which I then discovered one of my parents has. A friend who has an autoimmune disease told me that Raynauds is often a symptom of something else going on. Did any of you experience Raynauds symptoms prior to learning of autoimmune conditions?

I started experiencing Raynaud’s symptoms about a year and a half before being diagnosed with colitis (unfortunately, the type could not be identified). Never knew that Raynaud’s and autoimmune issues were correlated!

Apparently I don’t have any but I do have fibromyalgia.. I was diagnosed with fibromyalgia 6 years ago.. this year (last month) I was diagnosed with Raynuads Phenomenon.. so at this point I’m assuming it’s from the fibromyalgia.. idk my rheumatologist diagnosed the Raynuads after I went to the hospital because my fingers on my right hand turned blue.. they told me it was definitely Raynuads Phenomenon but I wanted to check with my rheumatologist… after she saw pictures she confirmed .. and now I just feel cold one second and hot the next.. it’s the weirdest thing.. constant off and on chills smh
