Need Rapid Nasal Relief for Virus: Any Suggestions?

Have a virus and need nasal relief. I have POTS and MCAS so these hit me hard. Any rapid way to drain sinuses and get some sleep? I had emergenc, mucus relief, and nasal spray. Been sitting next to the vaporizer.

For me the best thing is getting like shower tablets made for colds with eucalyptus or mint or smth and that always clears my sinuses enough for me to sleep if i do it right before bed : )
