@BreadLoaf I also have POTS, could that be combining with the anxiety and causing this? It’s so uncomfortable and makes me sick with fear that it’s my heart failing or something, the tests they’ve done on me haven’t found anything aside from the POTS.

I have POTS too and that happens to me if I start to panic or if I get my heart going too much. My doctor basically said to try and take it easy and gave me some anxiety meds.
