Alike's advice is good, though it can take time to raise BP by eating salty things or getting caffeinated, so be patient. Some food and drink may work for some, not for others, so experiment one at a time to find the most helpful for you. For those with life-long borderline resting BP (90/60) it has been important for me to stay consistently hydrated, and to time-limit exercise with rest periods (whether walking, housework, yard, etc.). Also, allow some time for BP to adjust after sleep or sitting; get up slowly. If I get dizzy in public from standing, crowds, or other stressors, I immediately find some place to sit, br carrying a light portable folding stool, finding seating, or even just sitting on the ground, rather than fainting! Others may not understand, but avoiding injuring to body, spine, head, etc, is more important than worrying about anyone else's ignorance. šŸ˜Š
